He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul J. Evans and Marie Kaylor Evans. He is survived by: his daughter Melissa K. Linkous (Michael); his brother-in-law Joe Donchatz (Catherine); his nephew Andrew; his nieces, Joanna (Colin) and Rebekah; and his close friends, Sammy Miano and Brittany Blevins.
