It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ressie Cochran (Charleston, West Virginia), who passed away on November 23, 2019, at the age of 51, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Bobby Ray and Vera Frances Peters Cochran. She is survived by: her son Robert Wesley Cochran; her cousin Melissa Litton; and her siblings, Vera Snow (James), Vannesa Rogers, Kenneth Peters, Wesley Peters and Scott Cochran. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
