She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Mood and Clara Edna Westfall Fields; her husband Eugene "Gene" O'Brien; and her daughter Carolyn Baire. She is survived by: her children, David O'Brien (Shawn) of Hurricane, Patricia Love (Hank) of Tornado, Phillip O'Brien of St, Roger O'Brien (Libby) of Big Chimney, Ricky O'Brien of Charleston and William O'Brien (Kim) of Charleston; and her brother Samuel Fields (Janet) of North Carolina.
