He was predeceased by: his parents, Marvin and Margaret; and his brother Jay. He is survived by: his siblings, Debby Walker (David) of Elkview, Wes of Charleston and Tim (Mindy) of Charleston; and his nephews, Caleb (Olivia), Joshua, Collin, Johnna Rubin, Lee Anne Burke, Chasity Rubin and Corey Otzenberger.
