He was predeceased by: his parents, Delbert Meadows and Janet Meadows. He is survived by: his wife Karen Meadows; his children, Randall "RJ" Meadows Jr. (Leslie Sample) of Charleston and JoEtta Siders (Robert) of Charleston; and his siblings, Patricia Beckner (Randy) of Elkview, Wayne Meadows (Jennifer) of Sissonville and Greg Meadows of Elkview. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers the family request donations be made to Hafer Funeral Home to help offset funeral expenses.
