He was predeceased by: his wife Vicki L. King Holbrook; his parents, Ralph Holbrook and Margie A. Newman Holbrook; and his brother Kenny Holbrook. He is survived by: his children, Cathy Terry (Carl) of Chesapeake, Stephanie Burnette (Wayne) of Chesapeake, Ralph F. Holbrook (Jessica) of Charleston and Tommy Hively II of Chesapeake; his grandchildren, Chad Terry (Tifaney), Tyler (Brooke Syner), Tayler, Tanner Burnette, Gracelyn and Olivia Holbrook; and his great grandchild Bethany Lynn Terry.
