She was predeceased by: her parents, Cecil Layne and Margaret Layne; and her siblings, Tim Layne, Richard Layne and Margaret Louise "Lou" Carpenter.
She is survived by: her husband Billy Painter of Charleston, WV; her daughters, Dr. Angela Omer (Aziz Omer) of Morganton, NC and Melody Robinson (A. P.) of Lutz, FL; her grandson Ken Gibson of Colorado Springs, CO; and her siblings, Sue Holden of Charleston, WV and James "Jimmy" Layne of Sissonville, WV. She is also survived by nieces, nephews and friends.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Kanawha Charleston Humane Association in memory of Priscilla and her lifelong love of animals.
