She was predeceased by: her husband Marion Meadows; and her parents, William Higginbotham and Pearl Higginbotham. She is survived by: her son Charles; her daughter-in-law Pat Meadows; her grandsons, Anthony Meadows (Robin), Loren Meadows (Marsha) and Marion Meadows (Chante); her sister-in-law Maxine Toddman of Stamford; and her friend Frances Harris Jordan of Dover. She is also survived by eight great- grandchildren and three great-great grandchildren.
