We are sad to announce that on June 21, 2018, at the age of 83, Phyllis A. Baughan (Charleston, West Virginia), born in Chapmanville, West Virginia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parent Jesse James Weaver; her husband Ralph H. Baughan Jr.; her daughter-in-law Ann Snyder Baughan; and her siblings, Peggy Weaver and Robert Weaver.
She is survived by: her parent Pearl M. Medley Weaver; her sons, Jefferson O. Baughan of Parkersburg and David L. Baughan (Jamie) of Charleston; and her granddaughters, Katherine Baughan Trembly (Joshua), Rebecca Baughan and Taylor Baughan.
