With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Phylis Ann Moore (Charleston, West Virginia), born in Kincaid, West Virginia, who passed away on March 23, 2021 at the age of 86. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Alvin and Phyllis Irene Harler (Armstrong); her significant other Carl; and her sons, Kenneth Moore and Dale Moore.
She is survived by: her daughters, Carol Craigo (Ted) of Beckley and Karen Moore (James Young Jr) of Hurricane; and her siblings, Charles Harler (Susan) of Cleveland, TN and Snookie Hess of Montgomery, WV. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren, 27 great-grandchildren and 4 great-great-grandchildren; many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
