We are sad to announce that on May 6, 2021 we had to say goodbye to Penny Elaine McFann Stover of Charleston, West Virginia, born in Ironton, Ohio. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her son Kyle; her parents, Ray McFann and Dolores Kitchen McFann; her siblings, James McFann (Jeff), Peggy Puckett and Jeanette Cooper; and her sister-in-law Julie McFann.
She is survived by: her siblings, Patricia McFann of Charleston, WV and Ray McFann of Bland, VA; her brothers-in-law, Ivan Puckett of Uneeda, WV and Beecher Cooper of Winifrede, WV; her stepchildren, Johnny Stover and Martha "Cissy" Messer; her nieces and nephews, Shelly, Patrick, Alissa, Lindsey, Erin and Jonathon; and her pets, Claire and Peyton.
Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, CDC guidelines will be observed, with mask and social distancing encouraged.
