It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Peggy Garnes (Charleston, West Virginia), who passed away on August 27, 2018, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parent Charles Humphreys; her husband Noble L. Garnes; her son Daniel L. Garnes; and her siblings, Reba Miller Humphreys Tucker and Jim Humphreys.
She is survived by: her parent Erma Humphreys (Jones); her daughter Lisa D. Garnes Winter (Larry); her siblings, Mary Humphreys (Luther Slater), Dick Humphreys (Reba), Olin Humphreys (Sharon), Junior Humphreys (Pam), Bobby Humphreys (Vansessa) and Noble L. Humphreys; her siblings-in-law, Keith Tucker and Mary Humphreys; her grandchildren, Michelle Spurlock (Jason), Peggy J. Winter Gardner (Seth), Justin Kristen Winter, Robert Casandra Winter and Jason Daniels (Lori); her great grandchildren, Cambreigh Winter, Celia Spurlock, Kensley Winter, MaKayla Daniels, Avery Winter, Daniel Spurlock, Gavin Winter, Austin Daniels, Maddox Winter, Nolan Winter and Harrison Winter; and her friends, Pauline Parsons and LaRena Boggess. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, family, and friends.
