It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Peggy Ann Williams of Charleston, West Virginia, who passed away on August 27, 2022, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Oland Caudle and Marguerite Caudle; and her siblings, Mary K. Stout and Floyd Caudle. She is survived by: her husband Bill D. Williams; her children, Lea Anna Bess, David Eldridge Bess (Tiffney), Tim Williams and Danny Williams; her grandchildren, Cera Lauren Albu (Chris), Anthony Lealen Bess, Tristyn Susanne Bess, Cameron Miller, Zachary Miller, Alexandria Williams and Bryce Williams; and her great grandchild Ava Cire Albu.
