She was predeceased by: her parents, Oscar Blaine and Icie May Harpold Rankin; her husband Russell C. Frashier; and her brothers, William Wirt Rankin (Esther), Winfred Harpold Rankin (Hilda), Wendell Edwin Rankin and Robert Foster Rankin.
She is survived by: her nephew Ralph Rankin; her great-niece Tammy Clarkson (Scott); her great-nephew Edward Rankin; and also, Whitney Snyder (Bradley) and Lauren Clarkson (Nathan Withers).
