He is survived by: his wife Irma; his daughters, Elizabeth Carter (Roy) and Lisa Dyer (Aaron); his grandchildren, John Mooney (Kim), Rachel Mooney (Daniel Mooney), Greg Dyer (Bianca), Brooke Dyer, Kurt Dyer (Phoebe), Katelyn Boyd (Micah), Marc Dyer (Rachel), Airman Benjamin Dyer (US Air Force) and Alyssa Dyer; his great grandchildren, Hannah, Matthew, Noah, John Jr., Deseray, Haylee, Maddy, Chloe, Henry, Rosie and Haidyn; his nephew Burt Hall; and his niece Myrna Witters (Lowell).
