He was predeceased by: his parents, William Roach and Tina Roach; his wife Rose Marie Roach; his daughter April Lynn Means; and his siblings, William Roach and Flora Vance.
He is survived by: his children, Alisha Vance (Chris) of Charleston, Tracy Roach of South Charleston and Paul Roach of South Charleston; and his siblings, John Roach (Barbara) of St. Albans, Georgia Jarvis (Charles) of South Charleston, Lynn Walton (Luke) of South Charleston, Brenda Kay Reed (Kermit) of St. Albans and Mary Jane Richards of South Charleston. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren; many great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
