He was predeceased by: his mother Alice Marie Fitzwater Elswick; and his brother Joseph "Joey" Landers Jr.. He is survived by: his father Paul Wayne Elswick Sr.; his sisters, Elizabeth Lynn Elswick and Patricia Dawn Burdette; his niece Anna Nicole Burdette; and his nephew Ronald Spencer.
