She was predeceased by: her mother Patricia Gail Smith Holstein. She is survived by: her father Joseph Holstein; her stepmother Rebecca Ann Holstein; and her brother Mooney Smith. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, February 4th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Curry Funeral Home (2097 Childress Rd, Alum Creek, WV 25003). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, February 4th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
