It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Pamela Jo Hutton of Charleston, West Virginia, born in Saint Albans, West Virginia, who passed away on July 22, 2023, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Rufus Lambert and Ada Mae Phelps Lambert; and her husband Paul "Eddie" Hutton. She is survived by: her children, Amy Michelle Hopkins (Derek) of North Charleston, Michael Todd Hutton of Charleston and Jeffrey Scott Hutton (Delina) of Dunbar; and her brother Barry Lambert (Gayla) of Charlotte, NC. She is also survived by seven grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
