It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Otis Stiwinter of Charleston, West Virginia, born in Franklin, North Carolina, who passed away on June 7, 2020, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank and Minnie; and his siblings, Martha Stiwinter, Opal Hedden and Lloyd Stiwinter.
He is survived by: his former spouse Jean Roland; his wife Rosemary; his daughters, Martha Walker (Owen) and Kathy Mills; his granddaughter Amber Munroe (TJ) of Kingsport, TN.; his stepdaughters, Kara Shamblin (Mansford) and Beth Reed (Steven); his stepgranddaughters, Abby (Travis), Delana and Sarah; his great grandchild Brodie; and his stepgreat-grandson Liam.
