She was predeceased by: her husband Edward Blake, Sr.; her son Michael Anthony Blake; her grandson Michael Blake; and her brother Danny Pauley. She is survived by: her son Ed Jr.; and her siblings, Terry Pauley, Anna Mae, Vesta, Janine, Connie and Sherry. She is also survived by 6 grandchildren and 1 great granddaughter.
