She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Wilber Edgar Goff and Anna; her grandmother Olive Rhodes; her husband Basil Bailey; her brothers, Edward, Jamie, Bobby and Gary; her daughters, Judith Slater (Richard) and Candy High (Joe); her brother Bernard "Bubby" Goff; her grandchildren, Andrea Goff (Kevin), Brady Slater, Bailey High, JoJo High and Austin High; and her great grandchildren, Micah, Daniel Goff and Clint Slater.

Due to Covid, funeral services will be held privately for the family.
