She was predeceased by: her father John Howard O'Connor; her husband Robert Nelson Baldwin; and her brothers, John P. O'Connor and Donald O'Connor. She is survived by: her children, Robert Nelson Baldwin Jr. of Charleston and Tammy Lynn Anderson of Charleston; her brothers, James O'Connor (Shirley) of Teays Valley and Roger O'Connor (Mary) of Charleston; her grandchildren, Amber Anderson, Alison Anderson, Candis Baldwin and Skyler Baldwin; and her great grandchildren, Braxton Hively, Hunter Hively and Micah Olivia Morris.
