It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Millie Mae Lowe (Charleston, West Virginia), who passed away on June 27, 2018, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband James Wilson Lowe; and her grandson Elliot Lowe. She is survived by: her children, Dreama Beringer (Dan), Monica Morris, Bill Lowe and Ricky Lowe (Jean); and her sister Rosa Lowe. She is also survived by four grandchildren; one great granddaughter.
