She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Terry Underwood (Shelby) of Oak Hill and Donna Bowyer of Oak Hill; her children, Destiny Smith (Trinity) of Ripley and William Smith Jr. of Oak Hill; and her sister Dawn Ruff (Dave) of Oak Hill. She was also cherished by her grandparents, aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.
