He is survived by: his daughter Sarah Fields of Huntington; and his siblings, Joey Fields (Kay) of Charleston, Paul Fields (Kim) of Ona, Johnny Fields (Sheila) of Welch, Timmy Fields (Renee) of Charleston, Chris Fields of Charleston, Keith Fields of Charleston, Patty Harrison (Jerry) of Charleston, Lora Tolley of St. Albans, Connie King of Chesapeake, Kathy Crihfield (Ben) of Kenna and Sandra Pauley (Chuck) of Charleston. He is also survived by seven grandchildren; seven great grandchildren; as well as many nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews, great-great nieces and great-great nephews.
