He is survived by: his family, Cochran and Hicks; his wife Judy Carey; his daughter Regan Thompson (Clayton) of Sycamore, IL; his sister Elaine Carey of Dayton, OH; his daughter-in-law Dreama Hammack of Sumerco, WV; his grandson Michael Thompson; his friend Kathy Helton; and his pet Buttons.
