She was predeceased by: her brothers, Charles Holtsclaw, III and Richard Holtsclaw; her mother Esta Jane Holovic; her grandparents, Gray, Nettie McCartney, Charles Sr. and Opal Holtsclaw; her nephew Joshua Holtsclaw; and her sisters-in-law, Bonnette Hinton and Terri Knapp-Roush.
She is survived by: her children, Greg Holstein and Paula Kay Mooney; her granddaughter Anya Jane; her father Charles Holtsclaw; her brother Mark Holtsclaw (Kristen); and her nieces and nephews, Aaron Holtsclaw, Casey Holtsclaw, Cody Holtsclaw (Beth), Christi Johnson, Kylie Holtsclaw and Addison Holtsclaw. She is also survived by numerous great nephews, great nieces, and friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests you wear pink, as it was her favorite color and find time to make a positive difference in someone else's life.
