She was predeceased by: her parents, Earl Dent and Anna Mearl Dent (Holstein) of South Charleston; and her siblings, Irvin, Bones, Chick, Hoagie, Hopper, Jack, Dolly, Betty, Mary and Kay Francis.
She is survived by: her children, Debra Townsend of Myrtle Beach, SC, Vickie Crawford of South Charleston, WV, Roger Crawford Jr. (Susan) of Daytona Beach, FL, Joseph Crawford (Kathy) of St. Albans, WV and David Crawford of Raleigh, NC; her sisters-in-law, Virginia Dent of Atlanta, GA and Phyllis Dent of South Charleston, WV; and also Mac. She is also survived by 10 Grandchildren, 9 Great-Grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made in Maxine's name to the Ohio Street First Church of God, 5303 Ohio St, South Charleston, WV 25309.
