He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Cummings and Doris Cummings; and his sister Mary Cummings. He is survived by: his wife Cheryl Cummings; his children, Rachel Alles (Douglas) and Adam Cummings; his sister Jan Higley (Chuck); his grandchildren, Maya Cummings, Madeline Alles and Maxwell Alles; his cousins, Jackie Tawney (Dale), Jill Hoghoughi, Georgia Curry, Charlie Childress, Buddy Skaggs and Misti Witt Hicks (Jason); his nephews, Christopher Linville (Erica), Joshua Linville, Samuel Foster, Bradley Linville, Brian Linville (Morgan), Marcus Linville, Lahasia Good, Miles Linville and Max Linville; and also Karson Linville.
