With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Mary Magelene Dustin of Charleston, West Virginia, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on February 27, 2025 at the age of 82. She was predeceased by: her parents, Donnie Webb and Etta Petry Webb; her husband Frank Dustin; her children, Jimmy Lee Ferrell, Joyce Ann Ferrell and Connie Hedko; and her brothers, Elmer, Norman, Donnie and Shelby Webb.
She is survived by: her daughters, Donna Kinser (David) of Charleston, Linda Lovejoy of Cross Lanes and Peggy Ferrell of St. Albans; her sisters, Mary Carey of Alabama and Brenda Lay of Pine Knot, Kentucky; her sisters-in-law, Mabel Webb of Mississippi, Dorothy June Ferrell of Orgas and Carol Webb; and her close friends, Peggy Davis and Sharon Ferrell. She is also survived by great-grandchildren.
