With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Mary Ellen Morris Hamrick of Charleston, West Virginia, who passed away on December 14, 2022 at the age of 97. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter Thomas and Mabel Halstead Morris; and her husband Harry Sam Hamrick. She is survived by: her sister Beatrice Morris Miller of Myrtle Beach; her children, Jane Ellen Blaus (Edgar) of New Jersey and Sam Hamrick of South Charleston; and her grandchildren, Christopher August Blaus (Deirdre) of New Jersey and Alison Lee Blaus of New Jersey. She is also survived by three great-grandchildren.
