She was predeceased by: her parents, Worder Holcomb and Elsie Holcomb (Sizemore). She is survived by: her husband Vernon Calvin Bird; her sons, Larry Bird (Heather) of Saint Albans, WV and Scott Bird of Boomer, WV; and her siblings, Della Holcomb of Porters Creek, Arabelle Burns of Fayetteville, Maysel Truman of Lizemores, Ella Mae Bird of Alta, Everett Holcomb of Aleria and Herbert Holcomb of Summersville. She is also survived by 4 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren.
