She was predeceased by: her husband C. Jack Berry. She is survived by: her children, Lynn Ann Smith (Rick), David Berry (Loretta) and Jennifer; her grandchildren, Michelle Johnson (Brian), Jeff Given (Michelle), Joshua Blair and Justin Blair; and her great grandchildren, Brayden and Casen.
