Mary A. Ruffner Obituary

We are sad to announce that on October 20, 2023, at the age of 75, Mary A. Ruffner (Charleston, West Virginia) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Bernard Ruffner and Valerie Ruffner; and her sisters, Catherine Wagner (Harry B. "Moke") and Joann Ruffner (Elizabeth Ruffner). She is survived by: her brothers, William (Marie) of California and Robert (Diane) of New Jersey; and her close friends, Bryan Luzader and Bob Wines of Charleston.
