Martha Lewis Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Martha Lewis (Charleston, West Virginia), who passed away on June 3, 2022, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her husband Lee Michael; her son Paul Leslie; and her siblings, Minerva Risk, Jean Ellis, Adele Normady, C. K. Risk, Jr., Joe Risk, Shipley Risk and Jemil Risk.

She is survived by: her children, Michael Lee Lewis (Dreama), Dr. Stephen Alan Lewis (Julie) and Karen Lewis Woodrum (Nick Rasnick); her grandchildren, Dina Lewis, Lee Lewis (Blair), Jessica Lewis, Justin Chase Whitt (Christine), Stephen Paul Lewis, Matthew Michael Lewis, Emma Marie Lewis, Dr. Martha Mae Sissa (Nick) and Brandon Woodrum (Hayley); her stepgrandchildren, Brook Steele and Brittany Hedrick (Kenny); and her caregivers, Alvis Gist, Marlies Monday and Julie Miller. She is also survived by nine greatgrandchildren and her many nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers the family asks that donations be made in Martha's memory to St. George Antiochian Orthodox Cathedral, 190 Court St., Charleston, WV 25301.
