She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Talbert and Lula Talbert (Hoover); her siblings, Phyllis Talbert and Arch Talbert; and her foster mother Hazel Hickman.
She is survived by: her husband William Nesselrotte; her sister Shirley Clarke; her children, Charlie Nesselrotte (Kara) and Sonja Nesselrotte; and her grandchildren, Marcus, Natalie, Alex and Austin.
A reception will be held on Friday, October 18th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the Barlow Bonsall Funeral Home (1118 Virginia St E, Charleston, WV 25301).
