He was predeceased by: his father Charles Cook; his daughter Karen Cook; and his sisters, Doris Hartley, Jean McLaughlin and June Copley.
He is survived by: his wife Loretta Cook; his children, Vicki Cook, Linda Cook, Mark Hannan (Kim) and Chuck Hannan (Lisa); his grandchildren, Christopher Whisner, Kareyann Scarborough, Kaitlyn Hannan, David Hannan and Mindy Rueckert; his great grandchildren, Lily Ferguson, Kali Scarborough, Jaxson Rueckert and Addyson Rueckert; and his sister Gale Thomas. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
