It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Mark Hanna Cardwell (Charleston, West Virginia), who passed away on November 17, 2022, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Coach Mark Cardwell Sr. and Jennie Williams Cardwell; and his niece Staci Spencer. He is survived by: his wife Beverly Goble Cardwell; his children, Gail Cardwell Black, Mark McCoy Cardwell (Latisha) and Nick Harmon; his stepchildren, Jennifer and Kevin Goble; his sister Betty Cardwell Spencer (James); and his uncle Jim Williams (Marva). He is also survived by five grandchildren, nine great-grandchildren.
