She was predeceased by: her husband Earl Foley; her granddaughter Amanda Smith; and her son Bruce W. Foley. She is survived by: her children, Tina Smith, John Smith, Tami Starcher, David Starcher, Wayne Foley and Julie Foley; and her grandchildren, Sara Smith, Matthew Foley, Nicholas Foley, Rachel Smith, Hanna Foley, Elizabeth Ashby and David Starcher, II. She is also survived by 12 Great-granddaughters, four great-great-grandsons and two great-great-granddaughters.
