She is survived by: her husband Epimaco Rubio; her children, Kimberley (Gary) of Salem, MA, John Rubio (Jennifer) of Brighton, MI and David Rubio of Charleston, WV; her grandchildren, Dominic Ballard, Olivia Ballard and Emily Rubio; her sibling Scottish; and also Irish.
