She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, William Cameron Allan and Margaret Gillatt Orr Allan; her friends, Paris and Spain; her husband Samir Shabb; her children, Bill (Martha Wolfe), John (Cynthia), Ann Warner (late Buffy) and Sam (Mary Ruckleshaus); her grandchildren, Calvin, Duncan (Lena), Robert, Benjamin, Carolyn Broden (Jon), Anmargaret, Blackburn, Conrad and Hannah; her great grandchildren, Jules and Samira; and her siblings, Helen Noah (Buryl) and Cameron Allan (Gail).
It was the pandemic that stymied her wanderlust.
