She was predeceased by: her parents, John Hammons and Lilly Mayflower Hammons; her husband John Thomas Fitzpatrick (Tom); and her brother John Augustus Hammons. She is survived by: her daughter Mary Elizabeth Fitzpatrick; her grandchildren, Laura Rose Sullivan, Joseph Anthony Sullivan, John Thomas Fitzpatrick, Lucy Margaret Fitzpatrick and Eleanor Jean Fitzpatrick; her children-in-law, Dale Cendali and Marty Sullivan; her sister Diana Rosenbaum; and also Ashley Stumvoll. She is also survived by her nephews and nieces.
