She is survived by: her husband Thomas Surbaugh of Charleston; her children, Mike Surbaugh of Charleston and Barbara Burdette (Mike) of Charleston; her grandchildren, Andrew Burdette (Danielle) of Teays Valley, Josh Surbaugh and Teays Valley; and her great grandchildren, Greyson, Sophia and Emersyn Burdette.
