He is survived by: his wife Phyllis Jean Stowers; his sisters, Wanda Smith (Charles) and Sylvia Loftis (Doyle) of Valparaiso, IN; his sister-in-law Janice Stowers of Hurricane, WV; his children, Luther C. Stowers, Jr. (Connie), Lisa C. Tate-Keyser (Timothy) and Cynthia Lynn Thompson; his grandchildren, Jeffrey Adam Tate of Buda, TX, Michelle Tate of Charleston, WV, Hannah Tate of Morgantown, WV, Jordan Leigh Tate of Falls Church, VA, Joshua, Bradley Thompson of Charleston, WV, Patrick Boling of Holden Beach, NC, Alisha Keyser Sexton (Matt) and Mark Keyser of Wheelersburg, OH.; and his great grandchildren, Jordan Adam Tate, Drake Josiah Williams, Lily Sexton and Brayden Keyser. He is also survived by nieces and nephews as well as other family and friends.
