With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Louise Frances Wiseman (Charleston, West Virginia), who passed away on November 29, 2021 at the age of 93. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her son Werner Witke of San Diego. She is survived by: her sister Ines Schicher of Klagenfurt; her children, Monika Witke of Charleston, Barbara Witke (Jack Roth) of Cary, NC, Suzanne Starkey (Doug Cowan) of Marietta, GA, Peter Roberts of Oakland, CA and Amy Keith (Steven Keith) of Charleston; and her grandchildren, Erika Hofer, Alex Roth, Adam Keith, Isaac Keith and Ryan Keith.
