She is survived by: her parent Lillian B. Cottrell; her son Charles R. Ownby, Jr.; her wife Debbie of Chester; her grandchildren, Dawn Hager (Carl) of Hurricane and David R. Ownby of Chesterfield; her great grandchildren, Amanda Carver of Hurricane and Cadence Hagar of Hurricane; her siblings, Margaret Romanow of Homosassa, Charlotte Brown of Marion and David Cottrell of St. Albans; and also Ownby, Sr.. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
