It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Lou Ellen Dolan of Charleston, West Virginia, who passed away on February 28, 2021, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She is survived by: her husband Jerry Dolan; her daughter Leigh Ann Thomas; her son-in-law Jerry Thomas; and her grandchildren, Ryan Thomas and Eryn Thomas.
