She is survived by: her husband David Fields of Dunbar, WV; her daughters, Jessica Mink (Jeff) of Buffalo, WV, Katie Nelson (Gary) and Hannah Williams (Hunter) of Dunbar, WV; her grandchildren, Isabel, Gracie, Tucker, Charlee, Rylee, Luna and Dean; and her sisters, Kathy Hollis, Sally Finchum (John) and Rebecca Holley (Brian). She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
