He is survived by: his mother Mary Fink Butterworth; his stepfather Roger Butterworth of Beckley; his father Robert "Bobby" Fink of Sophia, WV; and his aunt Linda McGraw of Crab Orchard, WV. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, and cousins.
